Which stage fits your event?

Start with three questions: how many people are on the deck, how many are watching, and is it indoors or outdoors? Those answers set the deck size, the height and the access you need. Tell us in the form and we'll size it for you.

Height, access and finish

Height should follow sightlines: a seated audience needs less lift than a standing crowd. Stairs and ADA-compliant ramps are part of the design, not an afterthought. Skirting hides cases and cable, so the stage looks intentional in photos and on the livestream.

Delivery, setup and strike

We're full-service by design, not an over-the-counter rental counter. Our techs load, build, run and strike. Outdoor pads get leveled, and indoor gyms get floor protection and clear fire paths.

Where we deliver

Our home base is the High Desert, so stage rental dates here are home runs, not long hauls: Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, Big Bear, San Bernardino, Riverside, plus Adelanto and Oak Hills. We also cover the rest of San Bernardino County and Riverside County when the date calls for it.

Do you deliver and set up stages?

Yes. Our crew handles delivery, setup and teardown for staging of any size.

Can I add stairs or ramps?

Yes. We offer stairs and ADA-compliant ramps so every guest and performer can reach the deck.

Can the stage go outdoors?

Yes. Our stages are suitable for outdoor use, and we make sure platforms are stable and level, even on uneven ground.

Can you add sound and lighting to the stage?

Yes. We can bundle sound and lighting with the stage so one team handles the whole build.

How far ahead should I book?

For small events we recommend 2–4 weeks. For larger events plan on 1–3 months, especially in peak season.

Why don't you list prices?

Every event is packaged to its needs, so we quote the whole job instead of pricing single pieces. That keeps you from paying for gear you don't need or coming up short on show day.
