GrooveLabs isn't an over-the-counter rental counter. We package each event, gear plus crew, so you don't overpay for a one-size-fits-all kit or come up short on show day. The fastest way to a real number is a free quote.

Securing your date

After you accept the estimate, a retainer and/or purchase order reserves your date, equipment and crew. Pricing terms are covered in our operating agreement.

Where we deliver

Our home base is the High Desert, so stage rental dates here are home runs, not long hauls: Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, Big Bear, San Bernardino, Riverside, plus Adelanto and Oak Hills. We also cover the rest of San Bernardino County and Riverside County when the date calls for it.

Why don't you list prices?

Every event is packaged to its needs, so we quote the whole job instead of pricing single pieces. That keeps you from paying for gear you don't need or coming up short on show day.

What affects the price of a stage rental?

Deck size and height, indoor vs outdoor, ground conditions, stairs/ramps/skirting, add-on sound, lighting or video, crew hours, distance, and whether the stage strikes the same night.

How do I lock my date?

Once you accept your estimate, a retainer and/or purchase order secures the date, gear and crew. We don't hold dates without one.

How far ahead should I book?

For small events we recommend 2–4 weeks. For larger events plan on 1–3 months, especially in peak season.
