School dance packages are covered up to 4HR's. Additional hours are charged @ $199/HR. Price includes: DJ/MC labor/techs, site surveys if applicable, administration and equipment. Themes Packs come in 3 levels: ***All Tech, administration, surveys if applicable and labor is included. Delivery is charged extra.***
Standard: We use modest Lighting and Props to create the theme, Great for small venues with low ceilings and or budget events.
Deluxe: We use large lighting Props and Video to create the theme. Medium to large venues.
Ultra: We use large lighting props, video and Truss structure to create your theme (only large venues or Gyms with high ceiling will accommodate this set up)
All theme packs are sold with or without DJ service. So you can choose your DJ or ours! Prices are listed below.

Graduation Ceremony Sound
Graduation Ceremony sound consists of stadium surround sound for clarity and performance at any outdoor venue:

Graduation Ceremony Video
School Shall cover day of production cost of :
$1200 for three camera set up (ideal and optimum for best video)
$900 For 2 Camera setup (minimum for Screen video set up)
$700 For 1 camera setup (smaller graduations sizes or indoors)
Groovelabs recovers post-production by selling videos of ceremony to graduates.
Groovelabs provides marketing literature and order forms along with online ordering and archiving.
School receives one master DVD Copy
Cost of Video is as follows:
$35.00 for graduation ceremony only.
School can add additional features to DVD for an additional cost of $150 to the production cost. This may include:
Senior Pictures * Principal Dedication * Senior Video * Highlights* and other school related Media that is produced by the students. All media must be submitted before graduation and must be a copy. No media submitted will be returned unless noted.
